Can CBD Help with Stress?

What is CBD?

Can CBD help you manage stress?


According to Project CBD, stress causes the release of adrenaline, cortisol, and other chemicals. This can lead to an array of side effects including a loss of energy, sleep issues, headaches, and more. In a previous article, we discussed CBD’s potential effects on anxiety.
